Pay your monthly waste bill online
Kolekt Pay lets households in Lagos register their address, choose the number of waste bins and pay the monthly bill by card or bank transfer, from a phone or a computer.
Now starting in Lekki Phase 1, Eti-Osa, Lagos
How it works
- Register your address. Sign in with your phone number or email: we send a 6-digit code, and there is no password to remember. Pick your address from the list and choose your bins.
- See your bill. Each month the bill shows the number of bins and the price for your area. We send a text message or an email with a link to pay it, and a reminder before the due date.
- Pay safely. You pay on the secure page of our payment partners, Paystack or Flutterwave. You get a receipt with a code that can be checked.
Your details and your money
We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are taken on the payment partner's own page.
Text messages from us come from the sender name KolektPay and are about your bill only: the bill, a reminder, your sign-in code, and the result of your address registration. You can switch bill messages off in the app.
You can delete your account from the app at any time.
